This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions between Turistično vodenje, Lucija Peklar s.p. (Lucy’s Wine Tours) and customers who purchase our tours and services through our website, via email or by phone.
This Agreement explains how to purchase tours and services and specifically limits the liability of Lucy’s Wine Tours.
You must read this Agreement before using the Lucy’s Wine Tours website and booking a tour. By using the website you warrant that you understand, agree and accept all terms and conditions contained herein.
Lucy’s Wine Tour is a Slovenian tour guide service, organizing personalized private and small group wine tours in Slovenia. Our aim is to provide the unique wine tasting tour to suit your requirements and preferences. You can call us on +386 31-519-926 or email: firstname.lastname@example.org and we will answer all your questions and tailor make any itinerary for you as required.
All the guided tours are conducted by Lucy, English speaking Licensed Tourist Guide with wine knowledge, provided with official badge displaying the license number on it in compliance with the Slovenian laws.
Group tours and transfers are provided by professional drivers. The vehicles are correctly licensed and insured by the local authority. The drivers are NOT Licensed Tour Guide and will not provide services of a guide.
Wine tasting services are always provided by wine cellars, our tour guide (Lucy) help in understanding the wine tasting and translating to specific language.
Bookings can be made online through Lucy’s Wine Tours website, by email or phone.
After booking, you will receive an invoice via email for bank transfer, which needs to be paid prior the start of the tour.
Once the booking is confirmed, a confirmation email will be sent to the customer detailing the meeting place, date, time and the guide’s contact information.
If you wish a tailor-made tour, simply send us an email to: email@example.com and we will be happy to create an itinerary for you.
We do not accept bookings less than 48 hours before the start of the tour.
All payments must be completed in full at the time of the booking, prior the start of the tour. Partial deposits are not accepted as a booking guarantee.
Payments for all tours by Lucy’s Wine Tours can be made by credit/debit card or by bank transfer. You may also pay for the tour in cash at the start of the tour.
All card payments are processed through a trusted third party provider, Paywiser (www.paywiser.eu). Provision is covered by Lucy’s Wine Tours, at no extra cost to you.
VAT is included in all prices.
All prices are indicated in EUR and all charges will be made in EUR with conversion rates relevant on the day of the booking.
The dates, times, numbers of participants can be amended upon agreement with the guide. All amendments should be discussed via email as early as possible. While the amendments to date and time are free, extra participants may be subject to additional charge.
Lucy’s Wine Tours reserves the right to restrict the number of participants to ensure the highest standard of the private tour experience.
In the unlikely event of a tour being cancelled on our side, Lucy’s Wine Tours will offer an alternative tour date or a full refund.
If the customer wishes to cancel the tour up to 24 hours before it starts, he/she is entitled to a 50% refund. No refunds are issued for cancellations made less than 12 hours prior to the tour start. All cancellations are to be be discussed via email or by phone.
Exceptions can be made for cancellations and refunds requested due to a ‘force majeure’ event, such as extreme weather conditions or serious health issues.
If the customer is unsatisfied with the quality of the tour and wishes to request a refund, we ask that he/she gets in touch via email and provides a detailed account of the tour so we could investigate the circumstances.
Lucy’s Wine Tours strongly recommends to have travel insurance. All our guests are insured from the beginning and end of the tour, but to carefree enjoy wine tours we recommend to obtain adequate travel and medical insurance cover.
The Client (s) are solely responsible for providing insurance protection which has various requirements depending on the activity.
Photo and video footage of the customer shot during the tour will not be used without the customer’s permission. If we want to use any of the photos or videos for marketing purposes or on our social media channels, we will get in touch and request the customer’s consent.
All our payments are handled by a third-party provider, we have no access to customers’ credit information.
Other personal information provided in the bookings (email, phone, personal names) will not be used for purposes other than services provided by Lucy’s Wine Tours and will not be shared with third parties without customers’ consent.
